Twarogowo-ziemniaczane knedle z bananami:-30g mąki pełnoziarnistej
-20g mąki arachidowej
-łyżka kaszy manny
-125g twarogu
-średni ziemniak (ok. 150g)
-jajko
-szczypta soli
-masło orzechowe
-banan
Ziemniaka myjemy dokładnie i gotujemy w mundurku. Obieramy ze skórki, tłuczemy i zostawiamy do przestygnięcia. Rozgniatamy twaróg i ucieramy go z jajkiem. Dodajemy przestudzone ziemniaki i dosypujemy obie mąki i kaszę mannę. Ugniatamy ciasto w razie potrzeby podsypując mąką. Formujemy wał i odrywamy z niego kawałek ciasta. Układamy placuszek na dłoni, nakładamy masło orzechowe i kawałek banana i zaklejamy tworząc kulkę. Ulepione knedle wrzucamy do osolonej wrzącej wody i po wypłynięciu gotujemy jeszcze ok.4 min. Podajemy z ulubionymi dodatkami.
